If I haven’t mentioned it before, I work in Disaster Management for the Canadian Red Cross. As you can imagine, we have been overwhelmed with donations from the community, corporations, and government.

Think about the coffee you bought this morning, your lunch date with a friend, the change you have in your pocket. Every donation, whatever the amount, makes a tremendous difference to those who are suffering in Haiti.

The tragedies in the world continue to pile up. It seems like there will always be something needing our attention. Sadness. I’m happy to report that I have donated already, and will continue to do so as long as needed.
